Monicol company is one of the leading wholesale and retail supplier of organic and conventional walnuts/walnut kernels and dried fruits from the Republic of Moldova. Our product range of dried fruits includes prunes, cherries, pears, apples, tomatoes and others.
The Company was established in 2001 and over the years has gained a reputable image along with trust and recognition from our customers. The founder of Monicol company, Dumitru Vicol, is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of managerial experience.
Owing to an excellent quality and competitive prices, our products are exported in most European countries such as Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, UK, Austria, France, Denmark, Sweden, Romania, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia etc. as well as in the USA, Singapore and China.
The raw materials (walnuts and fruits) are mostly grown in our own orchards. The production is done in our facilities with specialized workshops for walnuts processing, production of dried fruits and cool storage.
To obtain the highest quality we use modern technologies and equipment such as optical and laser sorting machines. To maintain the taste and high quality of our products for a longer period, during summertime we store them in a refrigerator at a constant temperature.
In the long-term we always strive towards improving our products corresponding to the highest international standards. Currently, Monicol and its products are certified in accordance with IFS Food, BRC Food and Kosher Standards. Our organic products are certified in accordance with EU and USDA Organic, BioSuisse and KRAV standards. Monicol company is a member of BSCI and Sedex/Smeta social responsibility organizations.
In 2020 Monicol company became a member of International Nut and Dried Fruit Council (INC).
